What we collect

• Business contact details you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email and address, through our website, by phone or by text.
• Publicly available business information, such as your contractor license record and business listing.
• Notes about our conversations with you, and the date, time and outcome of calls and messages.

How we use it

• To follow up on conversations about our HVAC marketing services, including after-hours call answering and booking.
• To schedule calls and consultations you ask for, and to answer your questions.
• To keep a record of our communication with you.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you agree to receive text messages from us, for example by asking us during a call to text you information, or by texting us first, we will send you messages related to that conversation and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. You can also contact us at support@hvacmarketingpros.com or (747) 236-6150.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (for example, our phone and text messaging provider and our hosting provider), who may use it only to provide those services to us, or when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as we have a business relationship or a legitimate reason to. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing support@hvacmarketingpros.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and delete personal information; we will honor those requests.
